# Why Is Web Personalization in a Loading State?

> Fix web personalization loading issues in MoEngage caused by Content Security Policy restrictions. Learn which URLs need to be whitelisted first.

## Problem

There is an issue with the web personalization functionality. The web personalization editor fails to load, and numerous errors are observed in the console. The loading process stops responding.

## Cause
